The successful candidates will be working directly with pupils with complex additional educational needs, across all phases of our school; Nursery Year 6. Successful candidates will be expected to work across any of the Springside sites, as required. Applicants must have a passion for meeting the holistic needs of learners with SEND and support the inclusion agenda. Applicants must possess or be willing to work towards GCSE English and Maths at grade A* - C, or GCSE level 4 -9, or GCSE level 4-9 or a level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy or CSE Grade 1 in English and Maths. Applicants must also possess or be willing to work towards a Level 2 qualification QCF (or NVQ prior to 2010) in Teaching and Learning.
