The package:
1. Full time perm position
2. Monday to Friday (This is a fully office-based role)
3. Location: Liverpool (L5)
4. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours a week)
5. Salary on offer: £26,836.80 per annum

About the Role
This is a customer-focused position where you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional and positive repair experience for customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
10. Being the main point of contact for customers throughout their repair journey
11. Providing regular updates on repair progress
12. Booking vehicles in for repair
13. Arranging vehicle collections and deliveries
14. Working closely with site colleagues to ensure high standards of service are maintained
15. Take any excess payments
16. Meeting and greeting customers with a friendly approach
17. Update customers on the progress of their vehicles
