We're looking for a dynamic, flexible individual to help run our charity shops across a designated cluster group. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving sales, supporting volunteers, and promoting our Gift Aid scheme—all while delivering outstanding customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
* Opening and closing shops, acting as a key holder
* Supporting shop operations and volunteer teams across multiple locations
* Managing stock levels and visual merchandising to maximise sales
* Promoting Gift Aid and fundraising initiatives
* Collaborating with our Ecommerce team to identify stock for online sales
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and trading standards
* Handling customer queries and fostering community engagement

* Retail experience (charity retail a plus)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and flexibly across locations
