This position will involve a mix of line maintenance, base maintenance, and operational engineering support responsibilities, working closely with flight crews and wider operational teams. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining the aircraft to the highest regulatory and safety standards while supporting day-to-day operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Carry out line and base maintenance activities on the Airbus H145 Support maintenance activities both on-site and off-site when operationally required Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and compliantly Certify maintenance work within company approvals where applicable Support operational readiness and aircraft availability Analyse and interpret technical aircraft information and maintenance data Ensure defects are accurately identified, recorded, and rectified Liaise with operational crews regarding technical issues and aircraft serviceability Maintain aircraft documentation and maintenance records to regulatory standards Manage on-site consumables and spare parts in line with company procedures Support aircraft towing and movement activities Ensure facilities, tooling, and working areas remain maintained to a high standard Work collaboratively with engineering and operational departments to support smooth business operations What We're Looking For Licensed Aircraft Engineer qualification Strong rotary aviation engineering background Proven experience working on the Airbus H145 EC145 experience highly desirable Excellent fault-finding and analytical capabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work effectively within a small operational team Good IT and technical reporting skills Motivated and proactive approach to engineering support What's on Offer Competitive salary package Attractive shift rotation options Excellent hangar and engineering facilities Long-term opportunity within a specialist helicopter operation Supportive and professional working environment Exposure to highly specialised rotary operations
