Sindhu Immigration Services is a highly reputable, IAA‑regulated immigration law firm established in 2015. Led by Solicitor & Director Sasuie Abbas Leghari, the firm specialises in UK Immigration, Asylum, Human Rights, Appeals, Sponsorship Licensing, and Corporate Immigration Solutions.

We are currently undergoing major expansion with a new Central London office, a growing corporate client base, and an upcoming Legal 500‑standard website. As part of our next phase of growth, we are looking to appoint a dynamic, analytical, and commercially minded Business Development & Finance Manager to join our leadership team.


Role Overview

This is a senior post reporting directly to the Director. You will lead the firm’s business development strategy, optimise financial operations, strengthen compliance with industry standards, and support us through a significant phase of organisational scaling. The role requires someone highly organised, results‑driven, experienced in professional services, and confident in managing both people and processes.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to generate new client leads (corporate & private).
* Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, corporates, HR teams, and international agents.
* Manage marketing initiatives: website content updates, newsletters, social media, and digital campaigns.
* Attend industry events, networking meetings, and seminars on behalf of the firm.
* Analyse market trends to identify new revenue opportunities.


Finance & Operational Management

* Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations with accounts team (billing, invoicing, collections, expense controls).
* Prepare monthly revenue reports, cash flow statements, and performance dashboards for the Director.
* Monitor KPIs for internal departments and staff, ensuring consistent performance.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑analysis for expansion projects (new offices, staff hiring, systems).
* Liaise with external accountants and ensure compliance with industry regulations.


Compliance & Systems

* Work closely with the Director on Home Office/IAA compliance tasks.
* Ensure correct time‑recording, HR compliance, and document management processes.
* Assist in preparing for IAA Audit (Nov 2025) with structured reporting and internal monitoring.
* Implement efficient systems for staff accountability, workflows, and case tracking.


Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in business development, finance, or operations—preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and KPI management.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and deliver results to tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, accounting dashboards, and management tools.
* A proactive, ambitious mindset aligned with the firm’s growth vision.
* Knowledge of UK immigration processes (desirable but not essential).
