A well-established and highly respected Independent Fostering Agency is currently recruiting for a Supervising Social Worker to join its dynamic team covering the Midlands area.

About the Role
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a key role in:
* Providing high-quality support and supervision to foster carers
* Ensuring foster placements are safe, stable and meet the needs of the children
* Conducting regular supervision visits, assessments and training
* Working closely with local authorities and other professionals to safeguard children
You’ll work in a hybrid capacity - spending time both in the Edgbaston office and working from home - with occasional evening and weekend flexibility required.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
* Registered with Social Work England
* Previous fostering experience (preferred but not essential)
* A strong communicator and team player with excellent organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
