Senior Structural Engineer – Midlands

What you’ll do :
* Lead structural design from concept to completion
* Act as the main contact for clients, architects, and contractors
* Carry out site inspections and resolve issues
* Prepare technical reports and recommendations
* Mentor and guide junior engineers
What you’ll need :
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
* Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (ICE / IStructE), or working towards it
* At least 5 years’ experience in structural engineering
* Proficient in structural analysis software and CAD (Revit a bonus)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
