Junior Account Manager – Corporate Travel
We’re working with a leading travel management company known for exceptional service and strong client relationships. They’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their team and support a portfolio of corporate clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background as a Business Travel Consultant who enjoys building relationships and delivering impactful service. It’s an excellent first step into Account Management.
Responsibilities:
* Managing a small portfolio of corporate clients as the primary point of contact
* Allocating approximately 75% of your time to making bookings, and 25% to working with clients to improve service quality, including running reports and reviewing feedback
* Providing high standards of service consistently
* Supporting review meetings and engaging with clients regularly
* Identifying opportunities to enhance service and retain clients
* Collaborating with colleagues and internal teams
Requirements:
* Over 3 years’ experience in Business Travel Consultancy
* Confident communication skills and attention to detail
* Good commercial awareness
* Strong organizational skills
