You’ll take ownership of team development, KPIs, crisis management, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day engineering activity and resource planning Lead and develop a skilled engineering team with regular 1:1s and reviews Ensure health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and permit-to-work controls Support root cause analysis (RCA) and reduce downtime through robust problem solving Maintain site readiness for internal/external audits and engineering compliance The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
