Multi - Trade Chargehand Hindle House - Banbury £38,887 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday Temporary position for up to 12 months We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Chargehand to join our Voids team, based in Banbury. Working with a team of Operatives and as a working charge hand you will be responsible for providing repairs on void properties. The role will include a company van and power tools and training will be provided as and when required. The role of Multi-Trade Chargehand will include: Assisting with the daily management of a team and overseeing repairs and refurbishment of properties, ensuring they are carried out to a high standard Inspecting works completed to ensure these represent value for money e.g. efficient use of materials Ensuring Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed on site, maintaining compliance Ordering materials, and liaising with suppliers Ensuring works are completed to KPI targets and financial recovery for completed void works Responding to emergencies and assisting with complaints Skills and experiences: To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to or currently undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical.
