Role: Support READING KS3-4 (Secondary Students)
The pupils have a wide range of individual needs. You will be responsible for aiding these pupils to become independent learners while supporting them to achieve their personal learning targets and goals. You will support 1-1 and small groups.
The successful candidate will have experience working with young people aged 11-16, possess strong communication skills, and be flexible in supporting the ever-changing needs of pupils. The role involves monitoring specific pupils’ progress towards their individual targets, working closely with pupils to review and set new targets, and keeping accurate and up-to-date records of pupil progress.

All pay rates quoted will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
