Audit Learning Specialist
At BDO, we are looking for a skilled Audit Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Business Partnering (BP) team, you will play a vital role in identifying learning needs and developing effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an Experienced Manager with a strong understanding of Audit and the regulatory environment. You will be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, influence them, and drive forward strategic projects in partnership with the Audit Stream.
We are seeking someone with strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them to time and expected quality standards. Your previous experience in facilitation of programmes would be beneficial but is not essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the scoping, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning, ensuring it directly addresses business needs and provides relevant, timely, and tailored solutions to our colleagues and partners.
You will also act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of L&D, able to advise and consult with business leaders to help them find lasting solutions to issues as they arise.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with the wider L&D team, driving forward the Learning and Development agenda and contributing to the success of the Audit Stream.
* Supports the identification of learning needs and develops effective solutions to address these needs.
* Acts as a subject matter expert on all aspects of L&D, advising and consulting with business leaders to resolve issues.
* Responsible for supporting the delivery of an effective Audit L&D curriculum across the Audit Stream.
* Develops successful, long-term, strategic relationships with the Audit Stream and wider business to support the L&D agenda.
* Participates in the coordination and conduct of the learning needs analysis with stakeholders.
