About the Role

Help us create an unforgettable ownership experience! As an Owner Experience Assistant you will support the full owner journey from day‑to‑day enquiries to community‑building events, ensuring owners feel valued, listened to and supported.


Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for owners across face‑to‑face, phone and email enquiries.
* Handle all queries efficiently, accurately and professionally.
* Provide warm, friendly support that helps every owner feel valued and respected.
* Be the voice of our owners – gather feedback, spot themes and help shape improvements.
* Support written communications and updates to owners when required.
* Work collaboratively with park teams to ensure a smooth, joined‑up experience.
* Support the planning, coordination and delivery of owner events such as forums, drop‑ins and social activities.
* Help create a sense of community and belonging on park, ensuring events run smoothly and owners feel engaged.


Qualifications

* Experience in a customer‑facing or administrative role.
* Proven ability to deliver excellent service – ideally in leisure, hospitality or similar.
* Strong IT skills with confidence using multiple systems at once.
* Friendly, professional communication skills across all channels.
* Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays where needed.


Additional Requirements

Parkdean Resorts takes safeguarding seriously; appropriate background checks including DBS (or equivalent) will be carried out if required.
