We are seeking a Polish-speaking Credit Controller to join an accounting and finance team within a large business. This permanent role is based in Ashford and focuses on managing credit control processes effectively.

Description
Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
Communicate with Polish-speaking clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
Monitor credit limits and assess the financial stability of clients.
Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts and overdue payments.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and disputes.
Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Profile
The successful applicant:
Proficiency in both Polish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
