This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team delivering industry‑leading drainage solutions while supporting one of our most exciting clients and contributing to AMP8 objectives.

About the Role
As a Van Pack Operative, you'll be at the heart of our operational delivery, supporting the maintenance and repair of wastewater networks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Customer Interaction
* Attending customer locations and communicating planned works
* Answering questions and providing reassurance on site
Drainage Operations
* Inspecting drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks or structural issues
* Operating high‑pressure water jetting equipment to clear and clean drainage systems
* Adjusting pressure levels based on blockage type (e.g., grease, debris, roots)
* Assisting with CCTV surveys when required
* Reporting all findings/data accurately back to operational teams
Data & Safety
* Completing digital data entry using a laptop or tablet
* Reporting safety issues in line with company procedures
* Performing routine checks and maintenance of jetting equipment
This role involves outdoor work, problem-solving, and teamwork — perfect for someone who enjoys varied days and working in the field.
