The role
We partner with COOs and Transformation Leaders in mid-sized UK organisations who are grappling with operational complexity and the pressure to scale. We help them to simplify and grow efficiently.
We deliver a blend of services that includes consulting, training and coaching through a mixture of our permanent team and a pool of associates (contractors).
The Resource and Operations Assistant supports the efficient planning and coordination of our resourcing plans to ensure we allocate our client projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, whilst ensuring the associates have a great experience of working with us.
We pride ourselves on being a truly flexible employer, and we are always happy to discuss the need for flexibility for the candidate. Our preference is that this role is Hybrid working from our Cardiff office but are flexible what number of office days a week this involves. We are also happy for this role to be either full-time or part-time hours.
What you’ll be getting up to:
* Assist with planning, allocation, and tracking of resourcing.
* Support The Head of People and Consulting Director to create and administer an excellent Associate Experience that matches that of our permanent teams.
* Alongside the Reinvigoration Leadership team monitor our pipeline of work to ensure we have the right quantity of associates with accurate skills to meet our clients’ needs.
* Assist with the upkeep of resource management systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* Provide general administrative support to the Reinvigoration Leadership team, including producing reports, maintaining files, and updating documentation relating to resourcing.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and resource utilisation.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as required to support the smooth operation of associate resource management and our internal operations
* Support the Reinvigoration Leadership Team with any other operational duties to support the business on an ad hoc basis
This role will be a great fit if you have/are:
* Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably to include resourcing (or similar)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with maintenance management software is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
The location:
The role is based at our Cardiff Hub on a hybrid basis.
