Pertemps West Bromwich are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Administrator to join our expanding client based in West Bromwich. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department as well as liaising with other areas of the business. Duties include (but are not limited to): -Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers -Dealing with a variety of small and large orders -Raising POs -Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service -Coordinate with other departments such as production, design and estimating -Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry The ideal candidate: -Proven experience in a similar role -Excellent attention to detail -Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively -Proficiency in Microsoft packages -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hours of Work: 8am - 5pm from Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum Temporary position with a view to go permanent for the successful candidate.
