Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hard working, and detail focused Cleaner to join our growing property team. This role will initially be part-time with a minimum of 5 hours per week, and has clear potential to grow into a full-time position as our portfolio of properties expands.
The role will involve a variety of cleaning duties across different property types, including residential blocks, short term lets, and end of tenancy cleans. Flexibility and a high standard of work are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning and preparing short term let properties to a high guest ready standard
* Managing and handling linen, including changing beds, laundering, and restocking
* Carrying out communal area cleans in residential buildings
* Completing end of tenancy cleans to a high standard
* Reporting maintenance issues or damage found during cleans
* Ensuring cleaning supplies are used correctly and stock levels are reported
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
Key Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and pride in high quality work
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
* Access to own transport is an advantage
