The role
Working as part of the team, the successful candidate will assist with daily administration duties within the office.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Running daily office administration duties, such as taking phone enquiries, processing customer bookings, scheduling courses, liaising between customers and assessors.
Key skills and experience required:
1. Excellent communication skills, including a good confident telephone manner
2. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
3. Flexible approach to tasks, able to manage time and workload efficiently
4. Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
5. Customer service focused
6. Due to workplace location you will need to a driver and have your own transport
This is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful and reputable business on a part time basis – 12 month contract (could become permanent).
