About the Role
As a Carer Support Worker, you will play a vital role in identifying, supporting, and empowering unpaid carers. You will work directly with carers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and help them access the right support services. This includes undertaking carers’ assessments, offering practical and emotional support, and working collaboratively with other professionals and organisations.
Your work will help ensure carers feel valued, supported, and able to maintain their own wellbeing while fulfilling their caring responsibilities.
