Description About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Services Manager to lead our dedicated team at BallyCara’s Scarborough Residential Aged Care community. You’ll oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care, ensuring residents live with dignity, choice, and wellbeing every day. Reporting to the Service Quality Director, this key leadership role combines strategic oversight, clinical governance, and people leadership, fostering a culture of kindness, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Lead clinical and operational excellence across the residential service Support and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and governance requirements Drive service improvement through innovation, data insights, and teamwork Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners Skills And Experiences About You You’re a compassionate and capable leader who thrives on making a meaningful impact. You value relationships, uphold integrity, and bring people together to achieve great outcomes.
