Position: Night Concierge
Location: Stratford Central
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700
Salary: £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details
This role is based in Stratford Central – Legacy Tower. Legacy Tower is a striking 31 storey tower which will offer dual aspect views of both the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Westfield Stratford City. Residents benefit from a 24 hour concierge service and a private residents gym.

As a Night Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

* Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
* Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
* Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
* Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
* Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
