Teaching role, you will be working one-to-one, to your own timetable. Based outside the classroom in a quiet community setting, you will have the opportunity to develop an excellent rapport with your pupils. Projection Education are recruiting qualified Teachers, HLTAs and Tutors with SEN experience to work on a flexible basis or full time basis, initially in Suffolk. Our primary focus is working with children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who have various special needs including SEMH, ASD. We are looking for candidates with an understanding of SEN and Mental Health, who are enthusiastic and proactive, with strong behaviour management, having had previous experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour. There is a requirement to plan lessons and activities and ensure pupil progress. Teachers and Support Staff pay scales, in accordance with qualifications and experience. This is a term-time only position. There are self employed positions which are without guaranteed hours, on a self-employed contract. You will be paid for your timetabled hours (unless a cancellation notice is received). We are able to offer Fixed Term contracts as well for a salaried position. Must have experience of UK curriculum, ability to travel and a minimum of two days' availability per week. A First Aid qualification is also desirable. Company Background Projection Education was started in 2021 by a passionate teacher of children with SEN as well as significant behavioural needs. While engaging in the process of trying to refer children who need specialist support, we realised the need for further school support. We have grown from strength to strength, being highly recommended by schools, academy trusts and those within the local authority. We offer bespoke education packages and 1-to-1 tutoring for cases referred to us by local authorities or other agencies. These are young people who are excluded from school; at risk of exclusion from school; and school refusers.
