What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you'll play a key role in the repair journey—ensuring damage is assessed accurately and customers receive an exceptional service from start to finish:
14. Completing detailed vehicle damage assessments using Audatex or similar estimating systems
15. Communicating clearly with customers, insurers, and the workshop team
16. Managing estimates from initial inspection through to repair completion
17. Ensuring all work meets industry safety, quality, and compliance standards
18. Delivering results with professionalism, transparency, and care
What We’re Looking For:
19. Proven experience as a VDA/Estimator in the accident repair industry
20. ATA VDA accreditation (or currently working towards it)
21. Strong knowledge of Audatex and digital estimating tools
22. Excellent organisational and communication skills
23. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
