Responsibilities
* Provide support, communication and engagement with residents.
* Assist with personal care: wash, bath or shower, dressing and oral care.
* Ensure residents can live as independently as possible.
* Plan and participate in social activities with the Activities Coordinator.
* Support and oversee medication administration and documentation.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation for all residents.
* Offer support to and collaborate with other health & social care professionals.
* Hold line manager responsibilities for care assistants; act as Deputy/Registered Manager when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
* At least two years' experience in a social care environment.
* Qualified to at least QCF level 2.
* Previous experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior in a care home.
* Experience with medication management.
Working Conditions
42 hours per week, including alternate weekend shifts. Main shift pattern 7:45 am to 20:15 pm, with flexibility for other patterns.
