We are seeking a caring, dedicated and enthusiasticTeaching Assistant (SEND Support)to join our inclusive and supportive team. Under the direction of the SENDCo and classroom teachers, you will play a key role in helping children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) reach their full potential - both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
* Support children with SEND in lessons, helping them to access learning and achieve their targets.
* Assist in the development and delivery ofIndividual Education Plans (IEPs)and contribute to ongoing progress reviews.
* Act as akeyworkerfor identified students, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Maintain regular contact with parents and carers, including half-termly progress updates.
* Promote students' emotional well-being, self-esteem, and independence.
* Work closely with the SENDCo, teachers, and external professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
* Support the use of ICT and appropriate learning resources in the classroom.
* Assist in the supervision of pupils during educational visits and school activities.
* Uphold school policies and promote positive behaviour and inclusion.
