Become our next Contracts Manager and lead the delivery of ground investigation projects across our busy regional office in Glasgow. This is a key leadership role where you'll take ownership of operational performance, project delivery, and team development. You'll play an important part in shaping a positive, high-performing culture while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. This is an opportunity to balance people leadership, commercial awareness, and hands‑on project oversight, while taking pride in delivering quality outcomes for both clients and teams.

Preferred Requirements
* Proven experience in ground investigation, contract management, and recruitment
* Expertise in site investigation, drilling, rotary drilling, and producing factual and interpretive reports
* Strong geotechnical knowledge and a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach
* Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound commercial decisions in a fast‑paced environment
* Commitment to championing a strong health, safety, environmental, and quality culture
Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in a similar role
* BSc (or equivalent) degree
* SMSTS certification
