Job Summary
Medical Rostering Administrator – University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust.
University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. To work within the Medical Workforce Team supporting a quality medical Deployment service for the Trust. Supporting the Care Group Rostering Coordinators, processing in accordance with Trust Policy and Procedures the doctor rota gaps, recording of resignations, swaps, absence and sickness and booking internal Bank doctors and Agency doctors as requested by medical departments.
Main Duties
* Support the Rostering coordinators to ensure that the e‑Rostering system has the correct rota templates against each roster.
* Align doctors to rosters for each new starter and rotational post.
* Support the Rostering coordinators with managing the live rosters.
* Support with the management of swaps, sickness and absence recording on the e‑Rostering system.
* Support the management of Medical rota gaps, including securing the recruitment of medical bank staff and temporary staffing solutions in conjunction with senior medical staff.

Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at C grade or above.
Essential Experience
* NHS experience.
* Working with medical staff.
