Location: Hybrid (Based in Redditch 2 days per week)

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing


About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and organised Project Manager to join our Minor Works Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering multiple projects — on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. From strategic change and system implementation to facilities management initiatives, you’ll be at the forefront of driving successful outcomes for Arcus and our key clients.

What You’ll Do

1. Manage and deliver projects from initiation through to close-down, meeting agreed cost, time, and quality parameters
2. Develop project proposals and business cases aligned to business needs
3. Lead multiple projects simultaneously across a variety of disciplines
4. Oversee day-to-day project management activities, progress monitoring, and corrective actions where needed
5. Build and manage relationships with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders, including suppliers and clients
6. Maintain governance and control throughout the project lifecycle, including steering group meetings and project reporting
7. Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place
8. Own and control project budgets, ensuring financial and benefit targets are met

9. Proven experience managing multiple projects (3+ personally delivered and involvement in several more)
10. Background in facilities management or related industry (desirable)
11. Experience implementing workflow-based or workforce scheduling systems
12. Strong third-party supplier management skills
13. Excellent stakeholder management at all levels
14. Relevant qualifications such as APM, Prince2, or PMI (desirable)
15. Prior experience in a project management or leadership role
