Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales team, fostering client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve and exceed revenue objectives. You'll work in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

* £45,000 base salary plus bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
* Lead, coach, and empower the sales team to exceed targets and objectives.
* Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive business opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform decision-making.
* Evaluate team performance and implement solutions to improve results.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align business strategies.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
* Promote ethical sales practices in alignment with the company’s values and goals.
* Oversee team training, professional development, and performance reviews.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, in a leadership role.
* Strong team management skills, with a passion for coaching and motivating others.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* A track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
* Strong commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
