Mobile Funeral Arranger
£24,609 (£12.62 per hour) plus benefits
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Mobile role based in Gravesend, covering 11 other branches in the region

What you’ll do
1. Provide expert guidance and advice to help clients plan the perfect service and support with family visits.
2. Travel to meet clients and build relationships across your community.
3. Support with manual handling of coffins and the deceased.
This role would suit people who have
1. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
2. A passion for delivering great service and building relationships, plus comfort working independently—traveling to client meetings and supporting branches.
3. Excellent communication and admin skills, with strong attention to detail to ensure regulatory compliance.

As part of your application, you’ll complete an online assessment (~20 minutes). Successful candidates will undergo background checks, including DBS, media checks, and an occupational health questionnaire. We will review social media activity as part of the screening process.
This role is regulated under FCA, and training will be provided to become a ‘certified colleague’. To advise clients on ‘pre-need’ funeral plans, FCA and financial integrity checks will be performed, including checks for financial sanctions. Your credit score will not be checked. Employment offers are conditional upon completing pre-employment screening.
