What you'll do as a C++ Developer • Own the technical relationship with key customers, acting as their trusted point of contact from deployment through to ongoing support. • Work closely with internal engineering teams to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and practical solutions. • Engage hands-on with C++ and Linux-based systems, supporting integration, troubleshooting, and performance improvements. • Navigate hardware and firmware-level considerations, helping customers resolve real-world, low-level technical challenges. • Feed customer insights back into engineering and product teams to influence future development and capability.
