Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the scaling of a new business unit focused on AI investment and growth, supporting the development of our AI customer offering, and our AI motions including The Loops and Nexus Black.
This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to take on their next challenge and grow their experience as an HRBP. This will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about aligning people strategies with business outcomes.
As the HRBP, you will play a critical role in shaping the operational success of the unit by partnering closely with leadership, driving talent strategies, and embedding scalable HR processes that enable innovation and agility.
 
Key Responsibilities
 * Strategic Partnership
 o Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
 o Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent deployment.
 * Operational Excellence
 o Lead the implementation of HR processes and systems that support rapid growth and operational efficiency.
 o Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
 * Talent Management
 o Support recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition to attract top AI and tech talent.
 o Maintain and manage headcount reporting and tracking to ensure alignment with budget needs
 o Drive onboarding, performance management, and career development programs tailored to the needs of the AI unit.
 * Culture & Engagement
 o Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports innovation and collaboration.
 o Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the employee experience.
 
Qualifications
 * Progressive HR experience, preferably in tech, innovation, or startup environments.
 * Proven ability to drive operational outcomes through HR strategy and execution.
 * Strong understanding of HR fundamentals including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
 * Experience supporting high-growth or newly formed business units is highly desirable.
 * Ability to adapt and navigate through ambiguity
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
 * Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
