The Role:
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive the growth and success of SHOWA's Amazon business across EMEA, with an initial focus on Germany, France, Italy and Spain. This role will be pivotal in managing our Amazon accounts, optimizing our product catalogue and executing effective marketing strategies to maximize sales and brand presence on the platform. You will be a key player in expanding our digital reach and in developing future eCommerce opportunities beyond Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management:
* Develop and execute the overall Amazon strategy for Germany, France, Italy and Spain, with a roadmap for expansion into other mainland European countries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon Vendor Central representatives and internal stakeholders.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and profitability, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
* Manage Amazon chargebacks, disputes, and operational issues efficiently.
* Stay up-to-date with Amazon's evolving policies, features, and best practices.
* Oversee the complete product catalogue on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data.
* Manage product listings, including title, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and imagery, to maximize search visibility and conversion.
* Implement and optimize A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) for key products to enhance brand storytelling and product appeal.
* Ensure competitive pricing strategies are in place and regularly reviewed, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
* Manage product variations, bundles and new product launches on Amazon.
Amazon Marketing Campaigns:
* Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to drive traffic and sales.
* Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
* Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine campaign targeting.
* Analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
* Explore and implement other Amazon marketing initiatives such as promotions, coupons and Vine programs.
Who You Are:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in eCommerce management, with a strong focus on Amazon Vendor Central.
* Demonstrable success in growing Amazon sales in multiple European markets.
* In-depth knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem, including account management, catalogue management, and advertising platforms.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Fluent in English, with additional European languages a plus.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
