What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing and growing a cold desk within the industrial recruitment sector
* Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Taking job briefs, advertising roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
* Attending client meetings and site visits to develop deeper partnerships
* Meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
* Ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards
What We're Looking For:
* At least 2 years' experience in industrial recruitment (temporary or permanent desks)
* Proven ability to develop business and manage client accounts
* A confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Full UK driving license (preferred)
