Monday to Friday (Days)
7:30am 3:30pm (40-hour week)
Were on the lookout for a Vehicle Fitter with strong hands-on experience. If youve worked on vehicle, bogie, or rail overhauls involving stripping and rebuilding, this could be a great fit.
Vehicle Fitter Role
* Full mechanical fitting experience
* Experience in large fitting environments (coach/vehicle builds)
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
* Using hand and power tools for cutting, folding, and fitting
* Quality checking builds for alignment and accuracy
* Following Health & Safety procedures and maintaining a safe workspace
What Youll Need as a Vehicle Fitter
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Fitter in a fast-paced or technical environment
* Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings
* Confident using a wide range of hand and power tools
* Problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail
* Experience xsngvjr in vehicle fitting
* Background in Aviation, Military, Marine, or similar sectors is an advantage
* Ability to read basic electrical schematics is a bonus
Vehicle Fitter Pay
* Long-term contract
* PAYE: £20.05ph
* Umbrella: £27.34ph
