The Role
A newly created
senior leadership role,
reporting to the CFO. The Head of FP&A will
play a vital role in driving profitability, leading a transformation in financial planning and commercial business partnering
. By elevating forecasting, reporting and insight, you will directly shape decision-making, improve performance and enable sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Group's budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
* Transform management information and commercial insight to improve profitability
* Deliver clear, actionable dashboards and analysis using Power BI
* Partner with senior leaders to evaluate pricing, client profitability and project performance
* Provide scenario modelling and investment appraisals to support strategic decisions
* Coach and develop a high-performing FP&A team (currently four Finance Business Partners)
* Contribute to investor reporting, M&A and financing activity
The Candidate
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with
proven FP&A leadership
experience
* Track record of
driving profitability through FP&A transformation
and commercial partnering
* Strong
commercial acumen
, able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
* Hands-on expertise in Power BI and Excel modelling
* Experience in
people-based businesses
with time-recording revenue models (e.g. client services)
* Prior exposure to
Private Equity
or investor-led settings is advantageous
