As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Influencer Campaign Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and excellence of our campaign delivery function.
As a Senior Influencer Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact influencer marketing campaigns for our valued clients. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and influencers to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns that drive the key KPIs and objectives. This role is ideal for candidates who have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing space, particularly within niche and purpose-driven communities, and are excited to lead a team while growing within a rapidly expanding agency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Influencer Campaign Oversight: Manage multiple influencer marketing campaigns of varying budgets, ensuring timely execution while meeting campaign objectives and deliverables.
* Strategic Influencer Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, talent agencies, and brand partners to secure high-value opportunities.
* Budget Allocation: Oversee and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to maximise ROI, with final sign-off from the Campaign Director.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a supportive and results-driven culture.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Review and analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and upsell potential, while approving analyses completed by Campaign Managers.
* Crisis Management: Manage and mitigate any issues that arise during campaigns, ensuring swift resolution and escalating to the Campaign Director when necessary.
* Strategic Influencer Campaign Management: Proactively monitor campaign performance, address challenges, and communicate and collaborate with Account Managers, Campaign Directors, and Campaign Managers to refine strategies and achieve objectives.
* Client Acquisition & Retention: Contribute to client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with the account management team to nurture long-term relationships.
* Influencer Industry Insights: Stay up to date on social media and influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation in campaign strategy.
* Business Development: Assist the Campaign Director in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, pitching to potential clients, and refining internal processes to enhance campaign delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media landscapes.
* Experience managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Senior Campaign Manager, preferably overseeing influencer campaigns.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage and collaborate on multiple projects under pressure.
* Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset.
* Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on confidently discussing campaign progress and performance.
* Passion for inclusive marketing and working with diverse communities, particularly within the disability space.
