Hours: 15 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 6am - 9am
Hourly Rate: £13.33 per hour

Responsibilities
 * Duties will include carrying out the cleaning function on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc. You will be required to report to the Cleaning Supervisor.
 * Undertake practical tasks such as using a buffing machine to clean floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc. in line with the pre-determined schedule.
 * Ensure the security of the building is maintained, and act as a key-holder as required.
 * Monitor cleaning standards in line with specification/COSHH regulations, reporting any difficult issues to management.
 * Remove refuse and ensure disposal in accordance with guidelines.
Requirements & Compliance
 * Overseas Criminal Records Check is required where applicants were born outside the UK or have lived/worked outside the UK in the past 10 years (three months in a continuous period).
 * Applicants are responsible for providing evidence of the Overseas Criminal Record Check. The check must be translated into English and come from a recognised authority. The check must include an official statement confirming no history of or pending criminal records.
 * The check may be authenticated to verify documents provided.
 * Canvassing of Elected Members or employees of South Lanarkshire Council shall disqualify the applicant.
 * Overseas Criminal Records Check must be provided in line with the country’s official authorities.
