* Providing a high level of service to clients both on the phone and in the practice
* Arranging appointments and diary management
* Dealing with new business enquiries
* Utilising the Leap case management system
* Providing administrative support related to civil litigation
* Producing legal documents using Big Hand dictation
* Processing fees, invoices and taking payments
The Successful Applicant
* Excellent telephone skills
* A welcoming and professional manner
* Experience as a receptionist in a professional firm
* Previous legal administrative experience, particularly in dictation and producing legal documents
* A methodical and well-organised approach to work
* Experience of using Leap case management and Big Hand dictation would be advantageous, but full training will be provided
