What You'll Be Doing:
5. Providing cover for sickness, holidays, and resource-on-demand requests.
6. Supporting desktop and laptop hardware/software in Windows 10/11 environments (HP, Dell, Lenovo).
7. Assisting with Mac OS devices (MacBooks and desktops).
8. Troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
9. Handling mobile devices (Apple, Android, and others).
