Circa £40k per annum Permanent Andover (4 Days a Week on-site, 1 Day Work from Home) Your New Role We are currently working with our fantastic consumer goods clients, in securing a new HRIS Specialist, a brand new role, within their People team. In this role, you’ll go beyond system administration — you’ll be the go-to expert for HR reporting, analytics, and data integrity. You’ll work at the intersection of HR, IT, and business strategy, leveraging HRIS tools to provide leaders with insights that inform workforce planning, performance, and engagement. As a greenfield role, you will really be able to make this your own and really leverage the organisation's data to ensure greater informed HR decision making moving forward. Ensuring Your Success Ideally you will have demonstrable experience working as a HRIS Specialist, ideally within a retail/consumer based organisation. You will be extremely technically savvy, with the ability to effectively pick up new systems. Exceptional excel skills are key, with experience creating data visualisations which are captivating and influential. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential with the ability to effectively report and analyse data. Naturally, you will be an excellent problem-solver, who can identify and produce high level HR insights.
