The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive Learning & Organisational Development Specialist to deliver impactful development programmes and support meaningful engagement across the organisation.
As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will:
* Design, deliver, and maintain innovative learning and development programmes aligned with organisational needs.
* Evaluate effectiveness of training initiatives and generate reports to support continuous improvement.
* Lead OD initiatives including onboarding, early careers development, and employee engagement programmes.
* Work with departments and external partners to ensure tailored and high-quality learning solutions.
* Champion digital tools such as the Learning Management System and collaborative platforms to streamline delivery.
* Coordinate and evaluate learning events and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure training materials meet high-quality standards through internal and external collaboration.
* Ensure compliance with training-related statutory duties and promote health and safety in all learning environments.
* Share insights and promote industry best practices through ongoing professional development.
