We're Vint Street — a growing indie platform where vintage finds meet live auctions,
storytelling, and community. We're all about re-loving the pre-loved, making
sustainable selling easy, and building something different from the usual corporate
marketplaces.
We're looking for a part-time Customer Relations & Office Administrator to support
both our community of buyers/sellers and one of our co-founders directly. You'll be
the person who keeps things running smoothly: helping customers get the answers
they need, while also making sure the behind-the-scenes admin is in safe hands.
What you'll be doing
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person — providing
timely, helpful, and accurate responses.
Keeping customer records and databases up to date.
Maintaining stock records, coordinating order packing, and preparing labels.
Assisting with invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer queries or service
issues.
Preparing reports, presentations, and admin documents as needed.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies, as well as packing/dispatch
materials.
Supporting management with ad hoc admin and projects.
What we're looking for
Strong communication skills — confident on the phone, over email, and in
person.
Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and office software.
Some experience with invoicing or bookkeeping would be a big plus.
Somebody who loves ticking things off a list and keeping the wheels turning.
Proactive, reliable, and happy to take ownership of keeping things running
smoothly.
