The role

As a Senior Repairs Planner you will be responsible for managing the electronic scheduling system, to ensure that appointments are made and kept, and views are monitored and kept up to date. You will provide a high quality, customer focused maintenance service that complies with relevant safety and building legislation.

You will ensure the operatives communicate in a timely and accurate manner about the progress of work in order to schedule their work in view of customers’ requirements. This role will involve a high level of communication with our operatives, staff, managers and customers ensuring a high standard of customer service.

The right fit

o You will have good working knowledge of Orchard Housing, DRS and Agile365.
o Administrative experience is advantageous.
o You’ll have strong communication skills both written and verbally.
o You will need organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
o Keyboard skills and knowledge of Windows and specialist supportive software and vehicle tracking and management system.
o Technical knowledge associated with Gas and Electrical cyclical servicing and repairs.
o Experience of working in a customer facing environment specifically with construction/maintenance.
