About the role of Quantity Surveyor
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a well-established Subcontractor who have a turnover of approx. £200m. This is an opportunity to become part of their commercial team for projects across London and the South East. They are currently on active on nearly 200 sites which are predominately residential.
This company specialise in dry lining, facades, metal works and glazing with a strong reputation and high level of repeat business.
Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor
Include but not limited to:
Prepare, submit and manage tender and contract documentation
Carry out accurate take-offs
Manage valuations and final accounting
Liaise closely with the site team to ensure commercial control
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards
Prepare and present cost reportsKey Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in quantity surveying
Knowledge of dry lining is essential
Live within commutable distance to South East London
Degree in a construction related subjectWhat's on offer:
