Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating strategic account lists, building relationships, generating leads, engaging with prospects, and qualifying opportunities. You will work closely with Senior Sales Managers and the Marketing team to drive new business.

Key Responsibilities

* Target Mapping: Identify, research, and map key target accounts and decision-makers within key markets.
* Pipeline Generation: Generate pipeline through multi-channel outreach, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
* Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads using recognized frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
* Meeting Coordination: Book qualification/discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the Sales Team.
* Performance: Consistently meet activity, pipeline, and opportunity creation targets.
* CRM & Collaboration: Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach tracking while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and events.

About You

* Experience: 1-2 years of SDR/BDR or inside sales experience within a complex, enterprise B2B environment.
* Prospecting Skills: Confident in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
* Communication: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Organization: Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple prospects.
* Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and genuinely interested in technology and emerging trends.
* Technical Proficiency: Competency in effectively utilizing a sales technology stack.
