You’ll provide housing management services, supporting customers to manage and maintain their tenancies and rent accounts, while choosing the shifts you want to work.
Typical shift as a bank Housing Management Coordinator
* Working with our independent living over 55s customers.
* Supporting customers with housing benefit claims and preparing rooms for new tenants.
* Ensuring our customers' properties are homes they can be proud of by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
* Working with the team to ensure health and safety compliance and maintenance standards are met.

You bring
* Enjoyment working with a range of customers and supporting them with their housing needs.
* Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll pick your shifts.
* You’re a people person, confident working across different services, locations, and teams.
* Ideally, experience in supported housing or a housing-related background, with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Knowledge of re-letting rooms, rent collection, and tenancy management.
* The ability to work independently and positively influence people from diverse backgrounds.
Our team
You’ll join our wider services in the Central region, with shifts in Harlow and Epping, Essex, working with our independent living over 55 customers. We are a supportive team with hobbies including travel, gardening, neurodiversity, and dogs.
Job details
* Work across Essex, including Harlow and Epping.
* Use technology for risk assessments, customer info, mandatory learning, and communication.
* A vehicle insured for business purposes is required; mileage will be paid.
* An Enhanced DBS check is required; we will cover the cost.
