Castlefield Recruitment are seeking an experienced finance professional to provide a high-quality, customer-focused Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis service for a Housing Association. The role will take ownership of the annual budget process, deliver accurate and insightful management accounts, and work closely with the Head of Finance on business planning and process improvement initiatives. This will be for an immediate start and offer hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and co-ordinate the annual budget process, ensuring Business Unit budgets are robust and aligned to strategic plans.
2. Manage, develop, and support a team of 4 accountants within the Finance Business Partnering & Analysis Team.
3. Deliver timely and insightful management accounts, analysis, and reporting to support effective decision-making across the Group.
4. Support the Head of Finance with business planning, the annual FFR return, process/system improvements, and business continuity initiatives.
