As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional services to our Corporate clients, tenants, and our branches across the country – making a real impact every day.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist:
* Act as a point of contact, managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and colleagues.
* Dealing promptly and courteously to communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.
* Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention.
* Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved.
Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Customer Service Specialist:
* Outstanding Customer Service skills
* Detail oriented, organised, and solid administration skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
